Here you will find useful information for preparing your seminar and organizational information for your participation as a speaker at the EMV Seminars 2024.
Documentation
Each participant attending your seminar will receive the documentation of your seminar as a digital version only. For the best possible preparation, please take note of the following information:
Deadline
Please submit your seminar documentation as a PDF file by 31.10.2024 at the latest. A link to upload the file will be emailed to you in time.
Documentation instructions
- Coversheet: In order to achieve a consistent look for all the seminar presentations, Mesago will include a uniform cover page for all documentations.
- Content: We highly recommend that you include all presentation slides in the documentation, which you will be using during the seminar.
- Extent: A maximum of 100 pages is recommended per documentation.
- Font type and size: The use of font Arial (minimum size 10) text single spacing is recommended.
Copyright agreement
By submitting your seminar synopsis to Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH, you already accepted the copyright agreement.
Online registration
Seminar instructors must register online. Please note that the registration is free of charge but mandatory. The registration link will be sent to you by e-mail. Once you have registered, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
On-site
A few weeks before the event, you will receive information by e-mail with the final organizational details and the current number of participants for your seminar.
Venue: The seminars take place at the bertha’s place in Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart.
Hotel reservation: The event location itself does not offer overnight accommodation. There are several hotels of different categories close to the bertha's place venue.

Please note that Mesago does not assume liability for hotel bookings or any other travel services.
Technical equipment: Each room is equipped with a flipchart, an LCD projector. Please bring your own laptop for your presentation.
No-show policy
If you as seminar instructor are, for any reason, unable to hold your seminar, we would urge that a co-author or appropriate colleague from your company or university holds the seminar. Please note that speaker changes are only possible in exceptional cases and have to be reported immediately in writing to daniela.kaeser@mesago.com.
Fee statement
Speakers receive a fee for organizing and conducting the seminars. From the 21st seminar participant onwards, speakers receive an additional profit share of 20% of the average seminar fee.
The calculated amount must be invoiced by the speakers to Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH within 14 days of the end of the event.
