Structure and content of the seminars
The full-day seminars should have a strong focus on practical application and should be supported by your own experiences as well as by experiments. The interaction between the speaker and the participants is desirable. Each seminar is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (excluding breaks). Please note that commercial contributions are not permitted in our seminars.

Submission of a seminar proposal
Abstract, documentation, presentation slides and presentation must be written in German or English.
Please use the abstract template for your submission and provide information on the following points:
- Seminar summary (approx. 2–4 pages; please use our template)
- Seminar title (max. 100 characters)
- Brief description (max. 2,000 characters)
- Seminar outline – in bullet points (max. 1,000 characters)
- Definition of the audience: Who should attend the seminar? (max. 300 characters)
- Prerequisites for participants (500 characters)
- Biographies of the speakers (max. 600 characters)
- High-resolution photo of all speakers (min. 300 dpi)
Abstracts can be submitted by 11 June 2026.
Documentation
The participants of the seminar receive a documentation in digital form about the content of the seminar. This must be made available to Mesago as a PDF by 6 October 2026.
Sequence
After the deadline, six seminars will be selected from the submitted abstracts. In addition to the timely and complete submission of your documents, the criteria are the content and the preparation.

By submitting your abstract, you declare that you are prepared to publish your name, company, a brief description of your presentation, your photo and your curriculum vitae in electronic form for the application of the seminar event and for the report on past events. Your address data will only be used by our company and companies affiliated with our company and will not be passed on to third parties.
